Informal learning opportunities are necessary to the growth of students because students learn basic etiquettes by socialization through different sources. Resources are too limited and problems are numerous which are resolved by educational advancement in all fields. We should make policies to set the balance among people and resources to resolve the social evils. Sufficient policy making can reduce the gap between resources and consumers which will enhance the economy of country. We can say that education is money.

In educational system of underdeveloped countries there are more cheaters than teachers because teachers are cheating with students for the name of education.

Our teachers are competent and get big degrees form national and abroad universities but they don’t want to convey skills and knowledge because of their own interests. There are many financial and personal reasons which prevent teachers from conveying knowledge.  Main problem is that there is a great difference between salaries and qualification of teachers which prevent them from sincerity. By creating balance among salaries and qualification we can reduce this cheating.
